Vice President-Matt Jozokos
My wife Amber and I moved to Wolfeboro approximately 25 years ago and have enjoyed raising our two kids, Tate and Marina, in this wonderful community. We started boating 20 years ago and love every minute we get to spend on the lake. We love it so much, we bought a camp on Rattlesnake Island in 2005. From Ice-Out to late October, we spend most of our time at the island hanging out with friends and family. We joined the Yacht Club this year so we have a permanent place on the mainland to call home. I am a public school educator and have been since graduating from college. I have taught, coached, and been a principal at the elementary, middle and high school levels for the past 27 years.
Term expires- 2028
Treasurer-Mark Fuglestad
I’ve called Wolfeboro home for the past 11 years, but I’ve been enjoying the Lakes Region for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Medfield, Massachusetts, where my wife Joanne and I also raised our two sons. These days, I like to say I’m semi-retired, though I still work part time. My love of boating began during summers at Camp Calumet on Lake Ossipee, where I eventually ran the boating department in my final year. Joanne and I have been proud members of WCYC for the past four years. I love spending time on the lake with family and friends, and also enjoy skiing and hiking throughout the region.
Term Expires 2028

Secretary- Matt WalshMatt and his wife, Joanne, along with their dog, Smooch, are full-time Wolfeboro residents. They relocated from Connecticut 13 years ago after spending many years vacationing in the Lakes Region. As they approached retirement, they had the opportunity to slow the pace of their careers and make the move to the town they had long considered their favorite place to visit. Now retired, Matt enjoys spending time with family and giving back to the community, while Joanne works part-time for Granite State Adaptive in Wolfeboro. Together, they appreciate having more time to pursue their passions and enjoy all that the region has to offer. They have a son, Jonathon, who lives and works in Connecticut but visits often, sharing their love for the area. They feel fortunate to live, work, and play in the natural beauty of the Lakes Region.

Marine Operations -Tom Bell
I have summered in Wolfeboro (POW WOW LODGES) since I was 7 years old. My wife Rosanne and two sons (Mike and Robert) summered at Boulder Lodge in West Alton for a decade in the 80's/90's. I have been a resident of Wolfeboro since 2010 and Rosanne became a resident in 2020. We very much enjoy our home here and all of the people we have come to meet and become friends with. As a member of WCYC since 2012, I served two terms on the Board, as Chair of Marine Ops, Board Secretary and a combined position of Marine Ops & Building and Grounds.  During this time, I worked closely with the Wachsmuths to successfully and economically recruit and subsequently integrate them as the Clubs Marine Services operators. I look forward to serving the Club with Sam Pierce in particular overseeingMarine Operations as well as the current slate of Governors.
Term Expires 2027

Marine Operations-Trent Blalock
I live in Amherst, NH with my wife, Susie, and our two kids, Brooke and Tyler. Our family bought a home on Rust Pond in Wolfeboro in 2016, and we’ve been members of the yacht club since 2018. We love spending time outdoors — mountain biking, skiing, and, in the summer, being on the water as much as possible. I’m a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, and I’m excited to serve on the Board of Governors and support the continued growth and community of WCYC.

Membership-Janie Deshaies
Janie has a passion for the Lake. She started visiting the Winni in 1993 and has been captivated by its beauty and tranquility ever since. In 2007, Janie and her husband, Brian, along with their two sons (Brian and Brodie), decided to make Wolfeboro their permanent home.  Janie works for a cyber security company based in Silicon Valley. Despite her busy schedule, she always makes time to enjoy summer on the Lake. Her love for the water and boating is evident in her enthusiasm for all things related to the Lake.  Janie built a log house on Cow Island, which is her escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. When she is not boating or enjoying the Lake, Janie can be found sitting on her dock with her trusty, chocolate lab, Maple, reading a good book and taking in the stunning views of the water.
